Therapist, Coach & People Specialist

With a curiosity for people, and talent for shape-shifting, my portfolio career consists of over 15 years’ community building and creative management experiences across the commercial, cultural and support sectors.

I started my career as a trained performance-maker, writing and producing creative projects in theatres, circuses, forests, boats, castles, coffee shops and everything in between. I have a fascination with stories: the ones we tell each other, the ones we tell ourselves, the ones we want to change and the ones that are yet to be made.

Following my training in Integrative Counselling & Coaching (University of East London 2021-23) I am now a registered member of the BACP and am fortunate to journey alongside therapeutic and coaching clients through their unique stories…

If you are interested in working together therapeutically, you can expect a warm, judgement-free space for us to navigate through your - past and current - thoughts, feelings, behaviours, patterns and experiences; with the intention to understand and evolve your most fulfilled self.

If you are looking for a more goal-orientated approach, collaborative coaching sessions could be beneficial. During these sessions we will focus in the ‘here and now’, co-creating strategies and aspirations to enhance your life; career; relationships, and beyond.

The best bit - if you think you might benefit from a blend of both approaches, we can create a pathway between the two.

Alongside working as a therapist / coach, I manage an independent charity that supports adoptive families, and lead the People department of a sustainable design-led social enterprise. I have always worked in mission-driven environments and place community and relationship-building at the heart of my practice. If you are interested to enhance the support for your team, find out more about my People Specialist consultancy packages

I look forward to connecting.
