    1:1 sessions navigating feelings, beliefs, patterns and experiences to understand and evolve your most fulfilled self.

    There’s no getting away from the hardships and messiness that is life, however, there are ways to make this a little easier, and talking to a professional is one of them. I also believe that you don’t have to be sad to come to therapy! Sometimes recieving therapeutic support to accelerate excitement, joy and possibility is just as healing. 

    I work integratively, and collaboratively, which means that all sessions are tailored for and with you; I blend a range of therapeutic approaches depending on what you would benefit most from that day. These include, Psychodynamic, Gestalt, Transactional Analysis and CBT. 

    This often involves us journeying through your experiences, relationships and beliefs to better understand what has been, and to consider what could be. Together we will also explore our relational dynamic - as practitioner & client - providing an opportunity to practice how you might connect and communicate beyond the therapy room.

  • Coaching

    Individual & group goal-orientated, practical sessions exploring ambitions relating to self, work, relationships and creativity.

    Perhaps you are more interested in focusing on one element of your life specifically, and / or are looking for personalised support to realise your ambitions. Coaching is an excellent tool to refine and advance your goals, at any point of your journey.

    Within my flexible and creative approach, you can expect:

    - Empathic support in embracing, challenging, and evolving behaviours;

    - Knowledge and expertise to support your advancement;

    - Power to discover, affirm and celebrate your strengths and talents.

    - A personalised ‘tool-kit’ to support your continued development beyond our sessions.

    As with therapeutic sessions, I work with compassion, curiosity, creativity and challenge.

  • A Blend of Therapy & Coaching

    A pathway between both therapy and coaching, tailored for you.

    Perhaps you have had therapy before and felt a little lost when it came to the ‘now what?’; or you have had previous coaching that you felt skimmed over deeper issues. Weaving these approaches together, allows us to work at depth and ignite lasting change.

    This unique, blended model involves identifying how and where you are currently being held back to process and repair this as necessary (therapy); and then creating practical steps to strengthen, advance and fulfil your aspirations (coaching).

    Therapy is a tool that is useful both in times of hardship and as an ongoing exploration of where you are at and where you might like to be. Coaching challenges us to turn thoughts into actions. In these blended sessions, we will generate opportunities for both discovery and real-time change.

    This is an original model to optimise both approaches which only a small number of professionals are trained to deliver.
